The Carers Week survey is now open. The survey is used as a way of tracking the health and happiness of the six million or so unpaid carers in the UK and it forms the basis of news for Carers Week.

Calling all Craven's Budding Artists...

Do you have a photograph of a loved one, favourite place or lovable pet? Would you like to turn it into something ‘arty’ and have some fun in the process? Or have you ever fancied having a go at creating your own still life or floral picture? If you think you would enjoy messing around with pastels, paints and inks in the company of others, and having lots of fun, then pick up the phone or send an e-mail, and get your name down on the list! No previous experience required.

Where? Broughton Hall Estate, Skipton
When? every Tuesday starting on Tuesday 13th September

The course is for six weeks and the total cost is £30 which includes all art materials (excluding drawing boards). Monday 13th June – An informal lunch with information displays in Settle

Tuesday 14th June – An informal drop-in and information displays at the beautiful Utopia restaurant on Broughton Hall Estate.

Wednesday 15th June – A chance to kick back and relax for carers aboard The Endeavour on the beautiful Skipton Canal. Lunch and refreshments included.

Thursday 16th June - An opportunity for carers to join us in the evening for Supper Club. Alfe’s Chinese/Thai restaurant, Keighley

Friday 17th June – An informal lunch and information display at Tennant Arms, Kilnsey
